TIME: Wednsedays, 7-8 pm
Non-mobile babies are welcome. However, this is not a mum-and-bub class.

Dr Kara has 10 years of clinical experience. Since 2015, She has trained in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation, including DNS for Women's Health, which the BIRTHFIT Basics movements are based upon. She has been a BIRTHFIT leader since 2020.
