As a chiropractor, Dr Kara Hayes’s mission is to help both individuals and families achieve their highest level of spinal health so they can lead happy and whole lives. To accomplish this, she utilises a holistic approach combining chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, MLS laser technology, breathing techniques, and rehabilitative exercises.
Dr Kara looks forward to meeting you, and to helping you achieve your overall health goals!
